In the context of contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), personal data is collected. The data collected in the case of a contact form can be seen in the respective contact form. The legal basis for the processing of data is our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, then the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been processed, provided it is clear from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and that there are no legal retention obligations.
- DATA PROCESSING WHEN CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND FOR CONTRACT EXECUTION
In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, personal data is also collected and processed when you provide it to us for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. The data collected is visible in the respective input forms. Deletion of your customer account is always possible and can be done by sending a message to the address of the responsible party mentioned above. We store and use the data you provide for contract processing. After the complete processing of the contract or the deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods and deleted after these periods have expired, unless you have explicitly consented to further use of your data or unless a legally permissible further use of data is reserved by us, which we will inform you about below.

If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only required information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending an appropriate message to the responsible party named at the beginning. After unsubscribing, your e-mail address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list unless you explicitly consented to further use of your data or we reserve a legally permissible further use of your data, which we will inform you about in this statement.
6.2 Sending the E-Mail Newsletter to Existing Customers
If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to send you regular offers for similar goods or services to those already purchased, via e-mail. For this, we do not need any additional consent from you. The data processing is based solely on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you have initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, no e-mails will be sent to you. You have the right to object to the use of your e-mail address for this advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the responsible party mentioned at the beginning. There are no additional costs for you beyond the basic transmission costs. After receiving your objection, we will immediately stop using your e-mail address for advertising purposes.
- DATA PROCESSING FOR ORDER EXECUTION
7.1 The personal data we collect will be shared with the transport company commissioned with the delivery, as far as necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will share your payment data with the bank commissioned with payment processing, as far as necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we will specifically inform you below. The legal basis for data transmission is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – "Buy Now, Pay Later" or "Installment Payments" via PayPal, we pass your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, for processing. PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check for payment methods such as credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – "Buy Now, Pay Later" or "Installment Payments" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be forwarded to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, based on PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your creditworthiness. The result of the credit check is used by PayPal to decide whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit report may include probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Among other things, address data is included in the calculation of score values.
